All processing occurs locally within your web browser; no files or data are uploaded to any server operated by InBrowserApp. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

The open-source libraries used by InBrowserApp (such as pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, Fabric.js, and others) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Your own files and data remain entirely yours — InBrowserApp makes no claim over any content you process using the tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. InBrowserApp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce results suitable for any specific purpose, and results should be verified before use in any critical application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InBrowserApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
